I only received one of the two items I ordered even though I was charged for both items.. This was a Christmas present for my daughter. To 'make things right' they only gave me a coupon for the value of the pallet that was not shipped. And to make things worse that coupon has an expiration date! So that means if I don't use it I basically gave them money for nothing!! A coupon, and only for the dollar amount. Since the item I ordered was on sale by using a coupon I still need to pay more to replace what was originally ordered. So instead of giving me my money back or at least a voucher for a full color pallet they sent me a coupon. This is horrible service.

Both pallets I bought were smashed upon arrival, there was only one small sheet of bubble wrap to try and protect the pallets in transit so I'm not surprised they were broke. I contacted customer service and still have yet to hear back from them 3 days after reaching out. It took several weeks to even get them. I ordered to have them for my hospital bag and now by the time this is all sorted I won't have the replacements by the time I have to go.

Socks are just a giant tube. Not really wearable or comfortable. Ended up being more of a joke gift than a wearable item.

I purchased an item on December 13th it was returned to sender even though I work Frim home and should have received it it states it was returned to sender on your website yet I have not gotten a refund as stated on your return policy. I am very unhappy with what has happened my niece didn’t get her Christmas present and I haven’t gotten my refund.

Rarely respond to questions about restocks, rarely restock, and rarely respond to people asking simple questions about a lack of inclusivity. Their products have become hit-or-miss, and they’re raising their prices hoping customers won’t notice. We do, and now we buy ELF.

I still have not received my order placed mid December

I had preferred from Colorpop about a month ago. The next day I encountered financial troubles and had to bring my pet to the vet and it would cost me a good amount of money. I asked if I could do a refund and the team was very unhelpful. No sympathy or understanding gotten from the team. I don’t plan to be ordering from colourpop again
