Great products at great prices!

I love the shades but don’t love the fall out from the glitter shades. They blend well and the colors are vibrant. I will buy from again.

International shipping was relatively fast, all products came in perfect condition and everything was great. I am not rating with 5 stars just because the shopping cart went blocked a few times while placing the order, so I had to start over. Not sure if it was my browser as in the final try I switched to a different one, but it should be advised in any case.

I liked the colors, the quality and the promptness with which they sent the cosmetics, and of course the ease of payment.

The email support team is very slow to respond. I once selected the “suggested” address that your system advised me to choose but your system did not include the unit number that i previously entered. Once i closed my order i immediately contacted your support team to add my unit number to the shipping address but it took over 48 hours (if not more) for them to respond and by then my order had already shipped. I will spare you the details of what i had to do next for USP to stop the shipping and add the unit number but my order took over 3 weeks (if not more) to arrive. I gave 4* because i strongly support your company’s philosophy and ethics but there are still improvements to be made from the snail paste email support team. Best regards Miss K

I love colourpop products. I did have some frustration with items running out while I was trying to shop and check out, but I was able to find a replacement item. Some of the eye shadows are really heavy on the glitter. I may try to find a palette next that doesn't have glitter next time.
