Not received my purchase and have no answer from you about it

You guys sent my package to the wrong address and you made it my responsibility to locate it and file a claim with the post office and they won’t help me. I have told many many people not to buy from Your company and I will continue to spread the word.

I never got my package that’s was for my lady’s birthday and still kept my money. I’m disappointed on your costumer service.

Your policy of no returns is very poor customer service especially since it is not made clear to the customer at the time of purchase. My elderly mother purchased items for her granddaughter that were incorrect and she was not clearly informed of your no return policy upon checkout. So now she wasted money and we have useless product. She is on a fixed income. We will not be buying products from you again.

My claim has not been effectively resolved.

I placed an order in mid-December for 2 eyeshadow palettes, one of which was intended to be a Christmas gift. The palettes never arrived and I have emailed colourpop twice and I've received no response. Maybe make sure you can keep up with past orders before launching a new line every 2.5 hours?

I never received my purchase and still haven't had a refund.
