The courier lead time out of my expectation. Overall, it's still fine. I still love colorpop products

I found the colours looked slightly different online then when I received my palette! (Which is still so beautiful!!) but I got the California love and it looked more pink than orange in many of the lighter colours. I also bought a couple pressed glitter colours and they are stunning!

Love the makeup only problem when I received one my palettes one of the shadows broke and there was shadow all over.

Product was damaged and to get a new one I had to still pay for shipping

I love the colors and the glitters wear really nice but some of the matte color wear off after a while. I still love and tbh, I'd still build my own 3rd custom palette.

I received the product as ordered, I just wish the delivery wasn't so slow. When it says it takes UP TO 21 business days that shouldn't mean it will take exactly 21 business days

Great products but the shipping could definitely do with some improvement. Think my order took three days to get processed and another week to be delivered. Also the product images on the website need to be tweaked a bit because the shades are sometimes very different online from what I got. Sometimes even have to depend on swatches online to see what the shades actually look like.

I'm into the value as far as cost. The colors are even pleasing, however I'm not quite sure of all the ingredients. Something in the body sol oil gives off fumes and makes my eyes burn or feel irritated
