I will never order from here again! I ordered the sailor moon palette when it came out alone with some other random stuff, my order was approved and payment had been taken, they even sent me an order number. And then 2 days later it was canceled with no reason as to why. Very upset as the full order can’t be re ordered due to the limited run of colour pop lines. Super upsetting. Like no coupon or apology, just horrible customer service.

My item was already shipped for Christmas and said it was on its way and out for delivery. I automatically assumed that they had deliver it since I had got no email saying otherwise. Then months after Christmas I got an email saying that it was never delivered and also that I would get my money back from the purchase. I had to tell my friend that her gift never came and also I have still not gotten my money back and it has been past the guaranteed time. I really just wanted to get the hello kitty pallete for my friend but that did not work out in anyway shape or form

go burn in heII. I paid so little money for their big bundles that ended up being as small as a ring box. Then the shipping took two months, ZERO RESPONSE from their behalf. I paid way less ,during black friday, however they gave to the customs the full price of the items and ended up paying double the shipping. YOU ARE TRASH SHAME ON YOU. Trash quality, trash quantity. FRAUDS.

It has been 6 weeks since I ordered and I have not received anything. Reached out to Colourpop only to be told 'it is coming". yet they charged me 6 weeks ago. I will never shop with this company again!

I wanted the Child Palette I never received it. It got lost twice in the mail. I asked customer service and they just told me to wait, nothing else. I asked if they'd be a restock of the Palette at least to buy it again and they just remained silent. As much as I want to give a positive review how could I ?. I didn't even get to have it. DHL says it was delivered Colour pop says ask the mail man.. Well none of them has an answer about where that package is.

You sent me the order twice and no solution about it, Idon'thave the orderyet... I went to the post office and they don't have anything... the answer that you gave me was you only replaced 1, and not even my money back. I didn't spent $1 I did spend more than that.
