I love the products but the shipping took too long

I've ordered numerous products from here. And love all but one of them so far, I got a few of the creme gel liners and one was dry to the point that the brush won't even scrape the surface layer off. The other three I have are great as well as all the glitters and eyeshadows I have from them. So I definitely recommend the brand but just be wary of the occasional flaw, as possible in any brand.

Can be a little too powdery to the point it spills over, but overall a wonderful pigmented pallet.

I'm a happy customer 9 times out of 10. My only complaint is that when you order a custom palette you receive 24 individual pods that you need to unpack and install into a magnetic palette. There's SO much waste from shipping the pods individually.

Love love the eyeshadows. And I love the prices!

Great products. I’d like to have the prepaid custom fees (like Pat McGrath or beautylish) so that I have no surprise when I received my parcel (duties always higher respect what it should be) and I can receive my parcel in one week and not 5 month

I love colourpop products and their customer service. I would like to see a bit MORE bolder colors from them in lip products or glitters or eye shadows. But the concepts they keep coming out with are usually great.

I love everything I’ve purchased. Very pigmented and blendable. I have however made the wrong choices and discovered what colours do not look good on me!
