Its not delivered on time

Mi primer pedido, soy de España, aproveche el pedido internacional. Pedí 4 productos me llegaron 3, reclame y me ofrecieron un vale de descuento para la próxima compra con fecha de caducidad, no estuve de acuerdo porque no sabía cuando volverían tener envios internacionales gratis y perdería mi dinero por un fallo suyo. Tuve que volver a escribir para decir que no estaba de acuerdo y su solución fue reenbolsarme el dinero...la que debía ser la primera solución a mi entender. No se si voy a volver a comprar la verdad.... :(

It would be really nice if colourpop launched in India since the customs charges here are extremely high. Otherwise quality of the eyeshadows is the best!!

Some items weren’t as expected. The liquid liner transfers to upper lid. The lip gloss color doesn’t match the swatch.

I love my color pop gel eyeliners. I rated 3 stars because every time I go to order the color I like, it is out of stock. I then purchase the multi pack to get the 3 or 4 colors I like. This has happened more than twice. Either way, I will continue to buy them😁

Beautiful colors but no matter what process I used the lipstick smugged and transfers everywhere. Amazing Lippie pencils

The eyeliner I bought was perfect but the red mascara was dried out. Everything arrived in a timely fashion and seemed to have been in good condition.

Shipping sucks. Shipped to me from California. Ordered in the 9th, tracking not updated until the 19th when it was out for delivery. It’s a nice surprise to get it out of the blue but unprofessional. And they don’t want yoh to ask About it before 21 business days. They’ll send you an auto reply saying to be patient it is on the way!!!! If that’s the case look up my order number and confirm that! If tracking hasn’t updated in 10 days why would I assume the order is progressing?? So sorry to bother you about it thougg 🙄
