I ordered a couple of things from colorpop back around May 25th and I'm still waiting on my order on June 7th. The things I ordered better come soon. My patience is wearing very thin.

I received a few liquid lipsticks, one of them was empty. It felt light when I first held it but didn’t think much of it till I tried to used it, nothing would come out on the brush. Then when I tried to scoop some from the inside by swirling the applicator, it made lines on the inside walls and barley anything came out. Very disappointing

I got an item that was broken. The lip glosses were extremely sticky and i couldn’t wear them and one of them burned a bit.

Got the palletes broken

Palette is quite small and loooooads of extra costs for long overseas shipment. Since the items are presents I don’t know about the quality yet.

I get too many emails asking me to rate colorpop products and colorpop itself. I’ve made one order in over a year and I’ve gotten multiple emails requesting reviews.

The colour is the lip stain was not as berry looking as advertised. The mascara was awful. I have it to my daughter and she thought the same.

The shipping company DHL that you use to ship your products with is a very poor company. My shipment sat in a facility that was a couple hours away from me for more than three days. And this happens EVERY time DHL is used. I really think you guys should look into other ways to ship your products.
