I give three stars because I ordered three times. First time the order was correct, the second time one super shock shadow was sent twice to me instead of the 2 different colors I had ordered, the third time I ordered, it was a large order and I still haven't received it and it has been over a month. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement which shipped yesterday so I am waiting to receive that. The tracking link in their emails does not work at all for any package (I live in Canada) so I never know where to go to pick it unless I get a notice in the mail that it is at the post office. I feel uncomfortable also about the fact that they don't offer refunds and I don't want to place large orders again because of this. Please start allowing returns and refunds for unopened products Colourpop.

Love their liquid lipsticks! The blushes could be better!

I live in the UK and have ordered from Colourpop several times with out any issues, however this time, it took several weeks for the item to arrive and I also had to pay customs fees on the parcel that was actually worth a lot more that the products inside. I have never had to pay these fees before and it was extremely frustrating. And whats more is that the products were damaged upon receipt. I'm unsure of what to do with this as I want new products, but I won't pay customs fees again.

It’s ok. But if you’re ordering from the UK, be prepared to pay about £16 in customs fees for a $50 order (free shipping over $50). The actual products are nice, like the satin lips they’re great but for me, it’s not worth the customs.

I enjoy it, the makeup is of good quality and most of my orders have gone smoothly. Customer service is quick to reply to emails. Unfortunately, if they forget a product they will just give you a voucher, which can't be used in conjunction with any other voucher or during a promotion, this is unfair as it should be store credit, not a voucher. Also if you really did want the product, you have to pay that shipping again. Seems a bit unfair to put all the liability on the customer. On top of that if you push, you may be able to get a "one time refund" which at the time made me happy because if I'm not getting the product, could I just my money back, but at the same time makes me too scared to order again in case they miss a product again.
