Customer service needs work
I love the products, but have an issue with my recent order. I have emailed several times and have had no response from customer service. Great customer service and responsiveness is what will keep me buying more.

I paid for and ordered 2 baby Yoda eye…
I paid for and ordered 2 baby Yoda eye shadow palettes. I only received 1 in the mail. I immediately contacted them with a picture of my receipt and what I received. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. Never received my second palette. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. They are crooks. They take your money and don’t send you what you ordered! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! Report them to the federal government if you have the same problems. That’s what I’m doing now!

Worst international purchase
Worst international purchase. I bought a present long before christmas, and it hasnt arrived. Sent many emails to both DHL and ColourPop and nobody reached out to explain whats going on.
