I have really enjoy my custom made eye shadow palette. Some of the shades were a bit darker than I anticipated from viewing them online, but I love how pigmented the colors are. There is some fall out (noticing a little pigment build up on my lashes) but overall very good coverage. The highlighter I purchased is a bit more glittery than I expected it would be, but I really like the application and how creamy it is. I also like the lip scrub, though I don't use it very often because I have sensitive skin and it gave me a few pimples around my lip line.

I enjoy Colourpop EYE products for the most part. Out of the 4 premade palettes I have, one of them has issues with the shades constantly falling out every time I open it. I only bought this palette a few weeks ago. It arrived like this. However, for the price, I think the shadows themselves work and blend beautifully. Super Shock Shadows are very unique and I do love them, but they do require special techniques to make them work and last. I do not like their liquid-to-matte lipsticks because they get weird after a few uses. I have not tried the face products or brushes. One thing Colourpop can work on is consistency in customer service. I asked them a question and they kept sending automated messages. They should have answered my question or said they cannot give any further information beyond the automated message instead of stringing me along for a week. One of my friends emailed customer service the SAME question, and she received an answer the first time.

Los envíos para México deberían mejorar un poco, por los taxes que te cobran deberían usar una paquetería que realmente entregue a domicilio, como DHL. En cuanto al producto, las paletas estan increibles, me encantaron los colores y la pigmentación que tienen, no hay desperdicio por el poco polvo que sueltan.

I'm really enjoying this pallet as it's beginner friendly all the colours work together allowing you to create a range of looks! Plus they work for my dark skin which is great

Great colors but I wish you had brief instructions for what colors go where for various looks.

I'm honestly so happy I discovered this company. I had heard about it plenty but I never really gave it a try. I had been using huda beauty and dior, which are nice but at the time they didnt have the range of colors I wanted. The range of colors that colourpop has are amazing!! I love love love my dream big palette as well as all things disney so I've been steadily ordering every disney piece. I just ordered my final disney pieces to make my entire collection!! I'm so excited to get it, they are also super pigmented. The colors are vivid and you dont need much. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because shipping takes a little long. I am in west texas, right on the state line of texas and new Mexico, so I'm pretty close and I can imagine it would take longer to other places. But even the box that comes is super cute and well packaged. I will definitely keep ordering from this company for life.
