I chose to shop with colourpop for the first time based on a Facebook ad for a set I wanted that included bff mascara in a burgundy color. Both the set and individual mascara were sold out so I bought the cream eyeliner pop individually in the color “joyride” from the set. The only way to purchase the gel eyeliner pencil in the color joyride offered in the burgundy set was to buy it as part of a set with the whatever eyeshadow palette which I wasn’t really interested in as it was sold out individually. I’m excited to try out colourpop for the first time but rather frustrated at how I had to go about buying the products I was advertised and am disappointed that the set and mascara are unavailable. Not sure if I’ll shop with colourpop again based on this experience.

The website doesn't save your cart, so you have to search and re-add everything when you decide to place the order you were contemplating. Also, they're out of stock of single shadows so you have to buy an entire bundle just for one shadow, which is frustrating. Other than that, great products and prices, will buy there again.

Prices and products are great but what discount codes can be combined with sales and other codes and cannot is super confusing. Also site was not mobile friendly at all for me and made shopping and finding what i wanted very difficult

I love Colourpop!!!! and the fact that you guys use AFTERPAY!! even better. The products are literally to die for, most of my products is colourpop but the discounts you guys offer sometimes don't work. Now I signed up for the newsletter and was offered 15% off my next order, but I did not receive it at checkout. WHAT HAPPEN! Hopefully it can be sent to me in a personal email, I hope. Have discounts just makes me want to buy more. So please forward that to me. But other than that, I am truly a happy customer with you guys.

Products came broken and had different applicators. I’ve used Atole lipgloss and was surprised to see a wand applicator my other ones came with a different applicator. It’s either a hit or miss with this brand which is why I’m always doubting placing an order. But overall I do enjoy products which is why I continue to buy just don’t like the inconsistency in products.

This is my second time ordering from colour pop i love love love the products but i hate the shipping process it takes forever to come im in australia. Im still waiting for my 2nd order its been 2 weeks !!

The services are quite amazing but I have an issue with the customer support team. Hope they'll focus more on that.

I purchased make your own palette with 24 shades during the promo. Everything was great (well, shipping time to Europe is horrid, ~6 weeks, but not their fault) except the fact that they seem to use that 'complimentary empty magnetic palette' opportunity to send off damaged palettes. Mine was ridiculously unusable. When you open it the bottom had a huge bump formed under the surface, so if you put pots on that area (which is 4+ pots big) they all separate and don't hold firm at all (if you flip the palette they will fall off because they don't have full contact with the magnet). The shades were gorgeous enough and I had other palettes so this was a mostly positive experience and I would give them another chance.
