Unfortunately, it seems that Colourpop is promoting self harm and Dangerous acts by allowing the Anorexic Youtuber Eugenia Cooney, to review their products when she’s unfortunately close to deaths door just for appearances. This outrageous and disgusting!! So many people are outraged about this! I thought I would be a long time customer but now there’s no way. Unforgivable

My package was never received and I have reached out to customer service many many times for them to completely ignore any messages I have sent. I have now paid for products I have not received and have been ignored by customer service for a month. Extremely disappointing customer service.
