The constant pop-up of signing up for the newsletter, even after I did it already, was annoying. Would prefer to have more pictures of blush swatches. As well as have the model photos back for the No Filter Complexion line. Having photos of the models or color swatches made the decision of what foundation/contour color was the best much easier.

I really like the eyeshadow palettes, hate the face products, and feel soso about other products. The shipping takes forever and they are frequently out of stock on what i want to purchase.

The only problem i have w colourpop is the POP UP to sign up for the newsletter!!!!! 1.) i already am signed up and 2.) it asks every MINUTE and i can’t even SHOP Bc of how many times i have to x it out. Pleaaaaase fix this!!!!

Product wise, I love colourpop. I also love the ability to pay with after pay for installments every 2 weeks. However I think it's a little ridiculous that you can't cancel an order. I missed where to put the coupon code in to get my 15% off and tried to cancel my first order seconds after completing it to rebuy it with the code. That's when I found out Coulorpop won't cancel an order even if it's still only pending. (No payment processed). A little peeved.

I recently ordered the Kathleen Lights Dream St eyeshadow palette and while there is quite a bit of fallout, the colors are beautiful and lasted throughout my 8 hour work shift and into the early morning! I also ordered the All Star matte + blur primer but wasn't too impressed. It may just be my foundation so I'm not giving up and will continue to use it. Overall, I am pleased with my purchases and have just purchased a few more products.

Worst part if you apply discount code it doesn't work with ready discounted fine but u could use that on new products. So basically giving a discount code is just lying to ur customers

I honestly was expecting a wider variety and hoping for more matte colors. Truly struggled to find what I was looking for. I love the products but wish they weren’t all shimmery. I also couldn’t tell how the lip sticks would look because they weren’t swatched but lippie stix were.
