i havent recive my order yet and its been more than a month sence i buy it

Received a broken eyeshadow, tweeted colourpop and was completely ignored multiple times. Very dissatisfied with the customer service.

My order never arrived, I'm trying contact by e-mail and instagram, nobody replies, I already paid, and I didn't receive my order. I'll never purchase anything from you ever again.

Customer service takes days and days to respond, straight up stops responding after a while, and is the most unhelpful, inattentive, uncaring customer service I've ever received. Offers no real solutions to problems and takes no responsibility for products being damaged. Never got a refund or return processed. Don't waste your time on their website, if anything goes wrong you're pretty much screwed.

I ordered two items and only received one. I emailed as directed on the website but never received a response. I was charged for two items. Quite unhappy with the lack of customer service.
