I have never used colourpop products before, I have heard that they are very good and I am very exited. HOWEVER, the precise moment I was placing my order on the website the international free shipping from 30 dolars went up to 50, without notice. Honetly it was super strange that it was at that exact moment. I am very disapointed.

This rating was not based upon the product. The products are flawless. I absolutely love everything I have ever ordered from colourpop. The three star rating comes from the processing days, and shipment. There have been times where I have had to wait four processing days, and another several days after shipment for my items to get to my home. I usually order knowing it will take closer to two weeks to show up. I honestly think that is the only downfall to ordering from this company. It should just not take that long to process before it ships.

I love the products, but the site renovation is not positive. The swatches for most colors was what set this company apart from the rest, but with those gone for most of the colors, it is not a pleasant shopping experience. Going blind on a purchase with no.option for return is not a good mix. Please bring back the swatches!

The website could be much better organized and the 15% off pops up every couple of seconds which is very annoying.

I love Colourpop, but I was kinda confused as to the changes on the website. Maybe lots of things were out of stock. Last time I was on the website there was an option to select a certain palette and then choose the shades to fill it. I was really interested in making my out palette that way with some eyeshadows and maybe a blush or two. And when I specifically searched for those empty palettes there were only two options and they were both sold out. I’m just hoping that option comes back to the website. I love the creative freedom to make your own full eyeshadow palette out of singles and see how it’s going to all look together.

Prices and products are good. I’m just more and more reluctant to place an order since processing and shipping times are significantly longer than any other beauty retailer I frequent. The product is old news by the time I get it. Also, having the “15% off when you sign up for emails” offer pop up on EVERY. SINGLE. PAGE. is extremely annoying, especially when I already receive your emails.

It's an average shopping experience. Not great but not terribly difficult. Checkout, however, is very frustrating. When applying a discount code you can not see the discounts or what they apply to. You can not see your total cost for each item and which ones are not discounted until receipt is sent to email. It is difficult to navigate back and forth from cart if you want to continue shopping or change something at checkout. Much work needs to be done to make this a more user-friendly experience. I often find myself leaving the site with items in my cart and not purchasing out of complete frustration due to issues at checkout

I love the products and price is good, however, the discount codes given by “influencers” and other accounts have never worked on any of my orders. This company never states that there are any exclusions, in fact, most of these other accounts say you can use their discount code on ANY order, so you can imagine my frustration when I waste time finding them and they don’t work. Seems slimy and scheming to me. If your codes have restrictions and exclusions, you need to make them clear. Also I placed an order two days ago and it still hasn’t been shipped, so that’s annoying.
