Never got my package

Never received my package. Never got a response. Never planning on purchasing from colourpop again.

I placed an order on 25/12/20 and my package has not turned up. After waiting a long 25 working business days, the couriers sent it back to the senders without attempting a delivery even once and Colourpop seem to be doing nothing about it! I’ve sent countless emails and messages on Instagram but no one is helping me. I’ve spent a lot of money too. Absolutely fuming!!!!!

I never got my nearly $90 order so I can’t say much. Colourpop took weeks to get back to me and when they did, they didn’t offer to replace items or issue a refund. I had to contact my credit card company to have them deal with Colourpop, and I finally got a refund. Just don’t bother with their customer service.

ColourPop has horrible customer service. Sold damaged defective product and refused to return or exchange it. After many emails demanding a return or exchange they offered to exchange it at my expense. I will never buy from them again. No company should treat their customers this way when they were at fault for the issue.

All 5 of my palettes arrived broken. It’s been 5 days and customer service still hasn’t gotten back to me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed my order well over a month ago. Both colourpop and the delivery company have been unhelpful and unresponsive to answering any of my questions regarding my package. Then, I receive an email from the delivery company saying my package is being returned to sender with no explanation and no attempt to deliver the package to me. I am now waiting for my refund from colourpop who are being just as vague with their communication as the delivery service. I am so frustrated with this experience. I was so excited to receive the products I ordered and now I am left feeling so disappointed and I just want my money back. I will not order from colourpop again because of all of this.

Products are fine, but even if you have a reaction or have a damaged item, colourpop does not provide proper customer service. What a shame!
