All instances of my orders from Colourpop had some issue (missing item, broken items), but the products still worked well and their customer service responsed immediately to my concerns.

Colourpop is a fantastic company
Colourpop is a fantastic company. Their products are of very nice quality and their prices are affordable. I'm giving 4 stars because I've run into a couple instances with missed or delayed orders. Customer service did not directly respond to my inquiries about these orders, mombut each time my order was shipped soon after reaching out. I've always received exactly what I ordered. I have no plans on getting makeup from any other company any time soon. Thank you Colourpop!

Service was great but the quality didn’t blow me away
Service was great and I got my order quickly. One of my eyeshadows was busted and they responded and replaced it very quickly! The quality of the eyeshadows however, were not as impressive as I’d hoped. Some shadows are better than others for sure, but overall they’re a little less creamy and not as pigmented as I’d like. For the price, (I got a byo palette, $45 for one highlighter and 20 shades) I guess I can’t complain too much.. but as much of a rave I’ve always heard about CP, id hoped for a liiiiitle better. Still, much love! 💖

Great quality products!
The products and the packaging are awesome (I especially love the eyeshadow formula and that you really can get good quality products for a lower price), but I can't give this brand 5 stars, because I think it is unnecessary to release new products every week - it is exhausting for the consumer, because people don't have enough time to enjoy their new products before a new release.

Good, but... could be better.
You need to have an option so you can switch over to Canadian money. Thought I was getting mine for a certain amount and ended up paying more.

I love the products and happy with my purchase. what I dont like is the fact that you do not have a customer service phone to talk with someone when you have an issue or question. also do not like that you cannot use gift cards for purchases. I live the products.
