The products are great. The website is not. It is unnecessarily slow. The search bar constantly glitches. Checkout takes twice as long as it needs to because of how slow it is.

I was so excited to buy some Colourpop products after researching products with good reviews. However, I had an odd experience at check out. The website promoted a deal where if you signed up for their email list you would get 15% off your purchase. So I signed up and then when I went to check out and use the coupon code it actually ended up costing more than without the coupon code!! Sounds like something strange going on on the website. Maybe it was because I was already buying a product that was on sale? I am not entirely sure, but either way it was very strange. Regardless I am hoping this was a fluke and I look forward to trying the products out.

I was really disappointed that colourpop did away with the customizable eyeshadow palettes. Just when I had saved enough to buy 4 of them they were off the website and it really annoyed me. I love colourpop and I loved the idea of being able to put together my own ideas at a decent price. I also think the shipping time took forever! Like almost 2 weeks after I ordered my order they had finally sent me an email saying it shipped! I was concerned because usually when I order things online from other stores they ship like a day or two after I order them. Colourpop it’s like almost 3 weeks for the item to actually be delivered to my house. Other than that I love colourpop. Great products! Satisfied every time with every product!

Nice layout and easy transaction.

I ordered several last chance items that are marked down on the site, but in my order history they're listed at full price. I'm guessing you can't use the 15% off coupon (that they gave me for subscribing) on something clearance. But that was extremely unclear when I used the coupon. I feel tricked. I didn't even notice until a couple days after placing my order that I actually paid full price for those items. The coupon says you get 15% off your first order and it can't be used with other coupons. It never said anywhere that you'll end up paying full price for clearance items because of it. Am I wrong? Is the order just displaying full price for no reason? I'd love to be wrong about it.

I think there needs to be better access for international customers. I love colourpop a lot but because of this I don't buy as much colourpop as I would want to. For example, it would be great if you could start providing products in canadian dollars as well instead of just american dollars.

Disappointed. I like the products, but when I was quite literally trying to update my payment method from my credit to debit card before confirmation, it processed my order. Not very happy. Also, you should be able to review your cart in the checkout process.

The products and customer service are very good. The only issue I have is shipping. They are extremely slow. That area is in need of much improvement.
