Actually applied for a request because i received a damages products and i send pictures but now more than two weeks i did not receive any respond from your side if i will get replacement for damages products or not. That make feel so sad and i am feeling upset until now i did not try any products from my last purchase. Really i hope get the support from your side, because i am one of a big fan for Colourpop and always i try to get the new products once lunched. I appreciated your usual support. Regards, Marwah

After spending the money on shipping my order to spain (paying taxes and shipping) my palette arrive without 3 colors... the first answer was “sometimes this things happens” then they gave me a code to buy my palette again which did not make sense since, I already paud for the taxes and shipping to Spain and when i told them that their answer was they could only make a refund.. I honestly won’t be buying from colour pop again I can’t believe they were not able to send me my complete pallete when the mistake was from them.. I am very dissappointed.. i ussaly donMt take the time to make a review but I feel cheated

If the purchased item is damaged, the contact email will not be answered, and it will not be repurchased in the future.

I ordered on Boxing Day and did not receive 25% off as everyone else that ordered that day for the sale did. I contacted customer support after my order was placed asking why I did not receive the discount. They did not get back to me for 3.5 days and when they did, they wouldn’t honor the promotion or give me a rain check discount for a future order. I have unfollowed colorpop and fourth ray on Instagram and will never purchase another product from them as long as I live

They sent me old lipstick! You know the pictures of Jaclyn Hill’s lipsticks that went viral, they had holes in them too and smelled like crayons. Not to mention the palette I got was awful and dusty. Everyone says that Colourpop is repackaged Kylie Cosmetics but that ain’t true, Kylie is so much better.

I love this brand and there products but their costumer service has been very lacking. I ordered my friend several products for Christmas and she still has not received them. I have tried to contact them through email several times to see what happened (they have no customer service number) and have received no response. It’s unfortunate because there products are good.
