I purchased 2 palettes as a birthday gift for my sister: Pretty Please and Thrill of It. The palettes came unassembled and that's okay. However, the pressed glitters were smashed in the plastic containers. Between the 2 palettes there are 18 glitters and of those 10 are smashed. I'm kind of embarrassed to gift them to my sister but hopefully she will understand. I wouldn't buy another palette from Colourpop. Such a shane since the colors are so beautiful.

My only complaint is that I did not receive an order to due me putting in the wrong address. I was not able to fix the problem. Colourpop did return my money but I was able to reorder the package for the same price and I ended up paying more.

I really enjoy the products but colourpop takes way too long to ship. Last purchase it took almost 1 week. Horrible

All of the products are okay. I got two lipsticks that are from an older collection and one of them had small holes and the other had a lot of sweating. I bought a few single eyeshadows and one fell out of the pot. I bought several palettes and every single one had shadows that looked like they were ready to fall out of the palette, once I pushed them back in they were fine. I don’t know that I would order from this website again but all the products I received were worth the money. Everything was extremely average.

Customer service wasn't too concerned about pleasing a customer. They stated they couldn't give me 15% off my first order because I signed up before. Like 3 years earlier. Lol. I explained to them that that was for my sister to order since she loved the products and asked to order through my email and that now I want to try the products. I told them I could create a bogus email if I really wanted to get the discount. Anyways, they refused. Found a discount code online that gave me even more savings than what I originally was asking them for. Wish they'd be a little more understanding.

The products are of good quality and value for money but customer services needs serious improvement. International customers can't choose shipping options and customer representatives aren't trained to help customers resolve the issues.

I received an email saying that the Creme de la Creme highlighter palette was on sale for $5. I added it to the card along with 2 sale lipsticks. However, when I attempted to check out, the website was experiencing errors trying to log me in. It wouldn't recognize my account, even though I do have one. So I made another. By the time I tried to check out again, the palette was sold out. I don't usually buy makeup but I wanted to challenge myself healthily by trying something new, and it was kind of disheartening that I couldn't snag the palette because of a problem on the site's behalf. This is my first time buying from Colourpop, after window shopping for so long.

Colourpop items always out of stock or go out of stock far too quickly they don't restock anything to quickly colourpop items in they pictures are always different than what they are in real life customer service isn't too good shipping is horrendous takes a very long time to get to where I live And they never release items you even ask for they just keep releasing the same items over and over again.
