I honestly love every product I’ve ever purchased and I love the quality and price of everything. However, I feel that shipping times are insanely long sometimes and I also think the customer service is a bit lacking as well in that they cannot edit or cancel orders before they ship or offer refunds. It’s also a bit overwhelming that there is a new launch every week.

Products are amazing and packaging is very nice, BUT when I opened the eyeshadow pallet half of the pans fell out hitting the floor! Thankfully it was on carpet and the shadows remained intact but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place!

I love the color of joy ride it’s soo pretty on. However, it’s comes off so easy and feels so dry that It looks like crumbs after awhile. It doesn’t last too long. Wish It was smooth all day long.

The eyeshadow palette was all scratched and looked like one of the eyeshadows was scratched too. Iv never bought anything from colourpop before so im not sure if this is normal but i’ll see if the palette is as good as people make it to be.

A couple of the super shock eye shadows I purchased came in broken. Since they are cream makeup I was able to press them back together, but it really sucks feeling like you paid for a quality product and they put, what seems like, little care into the packaging. Still useable but not as uniform and pretty
