Colourpop neglected to dispatch half of my order. The items that I did not receive happened to be the more expensive items in the order (e.g., palettes, vaults, brush sets). Upon raising the issue with their customer service team, I was denied a refund for the items that weren't sent. I had to pursue a dispute via PayPal and escalate the claim in order to get my money back. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Well I was super excited to receive my make up when I was notified it would becoming on January 19th 2021. Yes, I understand the circumstances with mail and the world is bigger than this however, it is now February 8th 2021 and I still have yet to receive my make up. I have reached out to all parties including DHL who’s tracking system is a hot mess who then told me to contact either my post office or the provider. I did both. I’ve left three of those contact complaints to colourPOP! And still no response, post office stated the package arrived Feb 7th but I am NOT getting my hopes up because DHL stated my package was received January 19th. Overall this colourpop business was a let down and crappy customer service with communication. I don’t think I’ll ever get my make up which is a shame cus they were some cute As ever colors too (merp)

I was REALLY excited to try these products because I love bold colors but my entire experience was very unsatisfactory. I placed my order and received an estimated time of delivery. Not only did I have to wait 2 week past that time but by the time it arrives, it was missing items that I then had to reach out and ask for a replacement which surprisingly came so quick! I do like the products but since I had a negative experience not only will I not be ordering more but I almost don't like using them because I just think of the poor experence I had.

It takes to long to process and shipped. I really be done forgetting i even brought anything. And it’s not enough black content and creators showing on you guys social media accounts, but I gave one star because I do see now in black history month, you guys are “ trying” I guess to start using black creators.
