ColourpopReviews of colourpop.com

I give it only 4 stars because for me who lives in Spain it is a bit of a hassle to buy, what if customs, what if shipping costs... but even so they have very high quality products but for those of us who live outside the United States It is a chore because it is not so affordable or low cost.

The eyeshadow palettes I purchased are beautiful. They are easy to apply, and last all day. I am a bit unhappy about two things: shipping was quite slower than expected; one of the palettes did not have the colors as they looked in the pictures, nor could I recreate the look as seen on the model.

I love things about this brand like the aesthetics and product payoff and vegan and cruelty free options; what i don't necessarily like is the questionable ingredients, fragrance, and the fact that not every item os vegan.

Lovely packaging. Didn't take very long to get to Ireland. Customs charges suck but that's out of everyone's control. I was disappointed with the velvet Lux product I ordered. I feel like the applicator doesn't pick up very much product so it's almost like a lip tint than an actual lip colour. The liquid eyeliner is a good starter liner but removes/dissolves on the skin a bit too easily. I would order other products as I was happy with the other items I got. But would 100% check out more reviews on individual products first.

Love the products, but their website often won't load and it takes a long time for orders to process and ship. I order from a lot of online companies and ColourPop is easily the slowest when it comes to receiving an order. That being said, packaging is great and I have never received an incorrect or damaged order.

The product is really good. I love the quality and despite having very sensitive skin, it didn't hurt it. The only downside of the whole shopping experience was the shipping. It took too long to ship and arrive, the tracking number didn't provide me real tracking information other than "sent to/received by (courier company)" after that, I was totally blind, I even used external sites to see if I could check in a better way but nothing. Not even updates by email. It was mere luck that I decided to order 2 months in advance prior my event because otherwise the products wouldn't have been useful to me. They arrived a month later, in good conditions and complete, just consider the time sensitiveness when you order.

Good lippie. Took a while to be delivered but with the wait

The customer service was great. I had an item come damaged they did a great job with answering my questions and sending me a replacement in a timely and efficient manner I was extremely impressed. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
