The colors are nice but found they do not wear long, even with their primer.

There is a lack of consistency across the brand and color matching online isn't always great. I don't enjoy having to keep product that doesn't match my skin tone or doesn't meet my expectations.

Colorpop messed up my order and did not work hard to negotiate the best outcome for me. They sent me the wrong shadow from a collab collection that I eagerly waited for. This was a popular collab and there was a high chance things would get sold out so I blocked off my calendar to wait for the drop. Imagine my disappointment when I got the wrong item. Customer service only provided me with the solution of a refund. But I did not want a refund, I wanted the item which was still in stock. They refused to cover the shipping costs when I offered to re-buy the item myself. At the end of the day I don't have the item I took time out of my day to buy.

overall, i love colourpop products, and i’m usually satisfied with the price point as well as the quality. additionally, customer service is always great and the packaging is nice (including the shipping packaging). my issue with colourpop is the cost of shipping (i live in Canada) and the duration of time it takes to process the order and to ship it to me. while i understand that this is technically an international order, I have a hard time justifying the cost and the time. most recently, I ordered a mirror and some other items from colourpop, and 4 days later I made a purchase from Morphe. the shipping from Morphe was flat rate (significantly lower) and my items were shipped even before colourpop had processed my order despite being ordered four days prior! although i do greatly enjoy CP as a brand, i find these two issues frustrating.

I purchased a makeup brush set that was inexpensive and I got what I paid for. The quality is sad

I had a okay experience ordering from colourpop. The shipping to Australia does take a while. I received my package in 4 weeks. I ordered a eyeshadow palette, lip set, brush set and cheek palette. The products were all there, but I wasn't expecting the nail polish like smell coming from the box. It also came from the cheek palette so I was a bit hesitant to use that. Overall a good experience with colourpop. Not sure I will order again considering the long shipping time and the fact that we can get great cosmetics from Sephora and Mecca here in Australia.

Eye shadow is great, but I do not care to see the makeup on men slash boys slash ... it's creepy. Please do not make your main campaign displays males wearing makeup. It just doesn't translate to females.

The shipping was fast. The makeup is perfect!!!! They made an error in my order, I contacted them, fast reply. They gave me a code to reorder the missing item for free, that's cool. But I give 3 stars because my kinda bummed. I live in Canada and I have to repay for the shipping even if its Colourpop's fault that the item was missing. I really liked the make up but I don't think that I'll reorder something else for them
