I ordered a product they sent me the wrong one. Instead of offering to send me the one I actually ordered they took 3 weeks to get back to me and told me they wouldn’t send me the right order and instead just refund me partial refund. I have purchased so much from this company in the past and this experience was so awful I’ll never order again.

Because Every time order from the actual website, my order never arrives by the USPS. I just had a problem last month with the Pokémon collection. Two packages were suppose to arrive at the same time in the same date. Only received one even though both say they’ve been delivered. Then Colourpop customer service doesn’t do anything to rectify the situation. I had to reorder the stuff I wanted from ULTA. I’m really made that I’m out $48.

I tried to purchase itens of pokemon collection, in the day that was released, but my order was cancelled four times, and i didnt manage to get what i want in the collection, by this time it was out of stock. And sorry abt my bad english, its not my first language.
