Never received product. Idk if it's the usps or what but when I reached out to USPS they sent me an email that if I wanted to file a claim I had to show proof of insurance. Which was not offered. This actually happened with another company and the USPS said that due to covidbthat packages were being delayed. However I got an email back from USPS that the package I ordered from another company had been delivered back to the company. I am still missing package for colourpop when I reached out to ColourPop they told me to contact my post office which I did I emailed them back and let them know what was going on and never received a response. Won't be ordering in the future.

They are the WORST at getting your money back. IF THIS COMPANY LOSES YOUR PACKAGE, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU FIND IT OR GET YOUR MONEY BACK. My package never got to me, but they are making ME pay for it, and won't respond to my many emails (because they don't have a call service line or chat or anything) and then the request that I contact THEIR mailing system, who says THEY DON'T HAVE IT. I am now out some big cash because they WILL NOT HELP YOU FIND YOUR PACKAGE, EVEN IF YOU WEREN'T THE ONE WHO LOST IT. This company is the ACTUAL WORST. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

My package came opened, obviously with missing items. I email them that second, nobody responsed. After a week a emailed them again, noting. Thann again and nothing. I tried DM ing them on instagram, NOTINGH. I know they are cheap but for my money I want my products. Shame on the company customer service. The WORST!!!

My pallet came broken and I reached out to customer service weeks ago with no response back. If I could give 0 stars I would. First and last order I’ll be making with this brand.

Still no refund never ordering from them ever again !

It has been over a month and I did not receive my package. I have written to colourpop to help me track my package. They are lying that my order is somewhere in my country and they cannot track it but none of the shipping numbers is correct for my country.

Not bad but awful. I placed my last order on December 30th, but up to date, February 10th, it has not yet been delivered. Contacting Colourpop attention dept. no solution has been given to my claim so far. As a seller, they should ensure safe and prompt delivery of their goods to the customer or, at least, try to solve any raising issues not just provide an automatic answer or suggest to contact the local post office. I have claimed for my order several times now, but not solution has been provided. AWFUL SERVICE!!

I never received my package, and no one was able to help within a timely manner for a purchase I made early December as a Christmas Gift. I am highly disappointed in the custumer service rendered and will no longer be purchasing from Colour pop again.
