The lips did not match the pictures online

Good quality products but it's unfortunate that the glitters are not eye safe..they are beautiful but I wont use them due to not wanting to risk it

I love Colourpop products but the shipping process takes soo long.

I really love the price point of the makeup but the delivery process takes so long. I ordered the new tinted moisturizer the day it launched and I still haven't received it. Then colourpop sends an email saying you are behind schedule and can't keep up. That's fair I get it, but it's been over 2 weeks and there is still time to advertise the new product on your Instagram to keep selling it but the people who ordered it haven't even gotten the product yet. You are a decent sized company, you should be able to deliver the product on time.

Everything was good for except the moisturizer primer I recieve. It had some orange spots outside the cap. And the lid was broken. I get it its cheap products but at least they should had make something more presentable plus I recieve it like two weeks after I order the product.

Colour pop is known as an affordable brand. I just recently purchased the pretty fresh tinted moisturiser. With shipping and currency conversion as I am an international shopper this 1 item has cost $40. It had been 8 days before my item was shipped and now I have to wait possibly 2 weeks to receive my item. From an international perspective colourpop really isn’t that affordable for me. Whilst I have enjoyed most products I have purchased in the past I don’t think it is worth the price I end up having to pay and do not like waiting so long to receive my order. I have purchased internationally many times and find colourpop to have one of the longest waiting times for receiving items.

The customer service is extremely good, the product and the price point is amazing. As a canadien customer I love that I don’t have to pay the border fee but the shipping is very very long. It can take one week before colorpop ship my order. It’s the only thing that bothers me but over all great company.
