La calidad del producto solicitado es buena, la forma de envío creo debería ser revisada inicialmente me ofertaron enviarlo con UPS cuyo servicio a México es fatal, finalmente llegó a través de RedPack que en mi caso funcionó sé que en otros faltaron cosas.

I love colourpop eyeshadow, they are so pigmented and blend beautifully. the price is outstanding. I recently bought 6 palettes for about $50. That's the cost of 1 palette from most brands. the only complaint I have is every time I order it takes about a week to ship.

I love that your products are beautiful and affordable! Though I wish all of your products were vegan, I admire that you are cruelty-free, and have been for so long. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had an issue with buying 2 of the same product. Since it was already shipped, I was unable to return the product, even though I had not even opened it yet. Though I do understand the reasoning behind the no refunds or exchange policy, I do hope things will change for the better in the near future! Thank you!

It was very easy to order and get my things even if I live in Europe.

I love the quality of the products I received, but unfortunately the foundation stick I ordered was not a match for my skin tone. Just a little sad that I can’t exchange for the right color.

The palette are very good but they really need to have retailers in Europe. As i cannot wait almost a month and pay the stupid duties in addicted to the shipping rates to have a product that has the third value of the final tag
