Ive ordered twice from them in the last 2weeks and my orders are still pending. Not sure what's going on... If you do t have the manpower to fill the orders then don't offer to sell the item. There is a hitch in production vs. availability with them. Love their products, just not the long wait.....

My order was late (which is perfectly fine because I ordered a new product) but I was sent someone else’s order. And the customer service is super slow, so it’s taken days for them to even start the process of sending my new order.

I ordered the So Jaded Palette from Colorpop as a gift and when I got it some of the shades were scratched up and a lot of the dust was on the plastic protector/actual packaging itself. I had to go in with a wet paper towel to clean it all up since I didnt have the time to send it back and order a new one. But other than that it was alright, it's a palette. And my friend was happy to still receive it despite the scratches.

Only reason I am giving Colourpop 3 stars is because when I received my liquid lipsticks the lipstick boxes were open and and the lipsticks were not sealed for tamper protection. So I have yet to use my lipsticks I since I don’t know if someone opened and used my lipsticks or if it was due to shipping and handling. I ordered the liquid lipsticks again but I am hoping these will have a seal of protection

I love the products but I wasn’t too happy how my packaging came the products of the boxes were squished it didn’t look presentable. But other than that love what I order.

The shadow is beautiful exactly what it looked like online.Nice pigment, and fairly soft and blendable. I was given a code for 20 percent off my first purchase and when I entered the code (I tried copy and paste and typing it myself) it said it was invalid so that was pretty annoying but other than that I am quite happy with the product.
