Is more than two months i bought and my palette haven't arrive yet.

3 items were missed and I have been contacting them and they haven’t resolve the issue! I’m disappointed

They disposed my package without any notice

The quality of the eyeshadows is pretty poor. After watching multiple reviews online I thought both palettes would be significantly better. The first ones that arrived came shattered as well so new ones had to be sent.

I ordered on 2/2, order 18349819 , it said pending until 2/10. They ignored 3 emails and then once it shipped they emailed with the tracking and no other answer to my questions. I wanted expedited shipping or to cancel because it took so long to process and it was for a gift. Then now the tracking says delivery 2/19.. 9 days to get from CA to MA? I didn’t even think that was possible.. even Alaska is faster with FedEx. I work got an ecommerce company and UPS and FedEx are both 4-5 business days. I am so beyond pissed at the lack of communication then they just ship it the slowest way possible. I would have happily paid for shipping but it doesn’t allow you that option if it’s allowed free shipping and again they ignored my emails until it already shipped, that is shady business practice and I am calling my bank to do a charge back.

I loved the product but when I placed my order I didn’t all of my products. I had emailed them to try to get my item but they replied once saying they will look into it. Two months past no reply no eye shadow & no refund. I will never order from this website again Got ripped off.
