I’m very happy with the products I purchased. I’ve always been a fan of colourpop. The only issue I had was with the shipping. My package took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Somehow went from Oxnard to Oakland then finally made its way to me in Long Beach.

The packaging is pretty and the colours are pretty but that's about as far as it goes. I loved the look of the gel shadows online but in real life they were a lot thicker and gluggier and didn't apply so well. The pencils, other shadows - ok but nothing to write home about. I also tried some of the skin care, a bit basic and more for teens than grownups, plus the sizes were quite small, almost travel sized, so they weren't as good value as the blurb implied - I'll stick to Korean stores for similar trendy items at a better price I think. On the plus side is their colour range, the post was free, all the items arrived well packed (don't expect samples though!) and the glitters are very glittery. I might buy more glitters in the plain shadows from here just for the awesome colour variety even though the quality is a bit meh. If you have young girls, they also have really cute boxed sets often in Disney princess themes and such, which are bound to appeal.

The eye brow pencils are very thin and break easily

First things first: Love the SSS and jelly much shadows I received. I was a bit worried that they'd get here broken (because that's what I had read in several reviews on the website) but even though I live overseas the shipping was fast and really well packaged. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The only thing that was disappointing, is that I received a wrong shadow. I had ordered a light subdued colour and got Blitzen - a sparkly red. Paying international shipping cost and the additional tax of 19% of the total amount, to receive a partially wrong order makes me a bit hesitant to order again.

I love the company, and almost always love every single product. I bought the whole new pretty fresh line. The primer was alright, I’m not sure if it made much of a difference and I LOVED the setting spray. The tinted moisturizer was disappointing though. I tried blending it with both a brush and beauty blender and it just kind of streaks and wipes away, leaving patchy spots.

1. Recently, the international shipping is too slow and the tracking details updates delayed. 2. The customer service is disappointing. I have an oreder in December LAST YEAR, and the package was lost. Then I was informed to have to wait your campany receive the package and then I can get my refund. Afterwards, half a year passed, the package still didn’t get to ur company and the tracking detail is expire. Ultimately, you told me I can’t have my money back.

I love colourpop products but I’ve never had a good shipping experience. Each time I’ve order the boxes with my product inside are always crushed and opened. This last time my shipping package had a hole in it. Fortunately, none of my product was missing ( even with the boxes crushed and opened).

product is great! customer service, not so much. I sent an email and it was not even read , the response I got had nothing to do with what I asked . By the time I got an actual response it was too late to make any changes .
