I never recieved my eye pallete in the mail. I emailed customer support and they never responded.

I never received my package and got no response when I asked for information...

I love makeup and I have seen a lot of people using it and that speak very highly of the company. Needless to say, I was very excited about my first purchase. However, I put in my order and weeks went by and I still had heard nothing about my order being shipped. I waited a few more days and then decided to reach out. I told them that I understand that things are chaotic right now all over the world and asked if I could please cancel the order and receive a refund. I have never waited on order this long from any makeup company, I didn’t say that. Just stating it now. I was kind, respectful and understanding. I never received any response from the email I sent but however it had to be 30 minutes later that I received a shipment confirmation. This was the end of last week I believe, I was relieved but then I realized there hadn’t really been any movement for days and then when the tracking has been updated it has supposedly somehow been shipped to the wrong place. I’m pretty bummed out, I was pretty stoked about trying their products and maybe I am wrong for comparing service to other companies, but I am. I still haven’t received my things or a message about a refund, therefore, I don’t foresee that I will be ordering from this company again. I can’t speak for the products but the service has not been helpful at all.

Never received the product I paid for. Customer service was not responsive. Was basically stolen from.

I received wrong item, submitted a complaint through standard form on Colourpop site, but I got no answer. I am quite disappointed.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Never order from ColourPop if you actually want to recieve the items you paid for. Missing items will NOT be replaced by the company despite it being their fault. Will never purchase ColourPop again!
