Not a fan of the majority of colors purchased. Bought 7 on sale, 4 of them look extremely different in person than they did on the site.

The products were good. But I did not appreciate my complete order not being shipped at the same time with no accountability being taken for the mistake.

This company states that standard orders typically take 3 - 5 days to process, when a better estimate is about 14 days.

The brand is great, but customer service isn't the best. Be absolutely sure of the products you're going for - they never agree to refunds or returns - and pray you don't have an issue processing your order. I love the products, despise their service.

You need to improve your customer service, even do you have not higher prices you customers care about speding the money on your products. You have to be more proactive on it, you have to offer solutions to your customers not only a simple response like You don't care. For being an American COmpany in the United States you are far away for the common rules for a Client. You have to accept reimbursments for the products that can get damaged, and give the proper refund. You have to put yourself in the customer's mind if you want to continue growing. I am very interested on be your distribuitor in Mexico but looks like you don't care the market.

The products are usally good quality but the shimmers of the lilac palette are not pigmented at all. The amount of product in a single eyeshadow is low so the cost/quantity ratio isn't that impressive. Finally, Colourpop is one of the very few brands that put the WHOLE LIST of products on the package so as a client from Europe, I ALWAYS have to pay VERY HIGH taxes.
