Never got my order its been almost 2 months

Still havnt receaved my package, after a month.

I had to wait over a month to get my order, had to pay a supplement to finally get it and when I open the box, surprise, surprise, it’s not my order!

Beware if you order from abroad. I was careful to order below the customs limit, but colourpop declared the goods wrong (list price as opposed to the discount price I was actually invoiced) and I ended up with a huge customs bill. Contacted customer service and never even got a reply. Never again, very unprofessional.

Terrible service. Never received my order despite waiting over a month. I still have not heard from them after reaching out.

Product quality is okay. Customer service is terrible. My items never were delivered and I'm currently unable to get my money back or get the items. I reached out to the customer service team, never revived a response. Reached out on Instagram and was told to wait for an email. Would not recommend buying from them.

I ordered my items beginning of January it’s been over a month. The items say shipped but have not shown received by carrier in 25 days. I have sent two emails to the company asking for an update and haven’t received any response. I love the products use them all the time! But for this particular order (first time ordering directly) I can’t give a review any different. If I hear back and receive my $100 order then I would be happy to change it!

My blush came empty and my eyeliner came hollow. I took pictures and emailed them to color pop and have gotten no response. Update: I got a response. They wanted to give store credit. I said pls replace it. They said no. I insisted on a refund. They said yes as a “one time courtesy”.
