Always great customer service my package look like it had been smashed someone tried to put it back together put each item back into its original packaging and resealed it I contacted them told them it had been tampered with they sent me a replacement order I was so relieved because I had been waiting months to buy those lip shades and when I saw it was damaged I was pissed but they sent a replacement out right away literally my favorites I'm a happy customer

Loved my makeup I ended up getting a freebie in my package which was nice as I’m a regular customer. The freebie is a beautiful lipstick that I uses everyday now
