The lipsticks themselves are great. They’re super pigmented and creamy. However, my Screamer arrived broken, which was very disappointing.

Tracking for delivery was inaccurate. Reasonable international delivery time (7 days, including a weekend). Products were as advertised. Been trying them out for a week plus now. The hydrating primer and spray are great. Will repurchase both items. The hydrating tint doesn't do well in hot and humid countries. Looking to test it out in a cold country in the next few months. Undecided, feelings at the moment is that i will not repurchase. Four ray beauty is overhyped. In essence not much different from brands like the ordinary. Will not repurchase fourth ray beauty.

I ordered the items on 1 Oct and only received on 14 Oct which is 13 days. The shipment took too long and there was no update to show the delivery status. It would be good if the shipment can be shorter and the customer can track the shipment details.

Love the makeup,great quality but since i live in a small country i feel like my order takes a really long time..still waiting for my order but i hope when it comes that I’m happy with it!xx

I really love coloupop but they have dishonest ratings for their products. I am unable to give them a higher rating because they delete lower rating reviews. They have some great products and some that are not. Its hard to believe that EVERYTHING is at least a 4 or 5. Its because they delete lower rates that may have useful information. I know this because they have deleted some of mines in the past.

I don't like the fact that I had to pay 35$ of taxes to get the product once it arrived to my country. If you don't work with other pages in order to buy your products from Europe, you should take care of the taxes. The shipping was pretty quickly but I don't know if I will purchase again because I bought 52$ of product and I had to pay 35 extra dollars to get it. I hope you change that.

I have very sensitive eyes. The BFF mascara, was not as bold as I thought it would be on my dark lashes, but it irritated my eyes badly. I couldn't wear even my regular mascara for two days. I still love Colour Pop liquid lipstick however, and will continue to purchase it.

The products are great. But there’s no return policy which is upsetting being that the shades were to dark for my skin tone. But I understand that because of the low cost there’s no return policy. Just find it wasteful to have make up I won’t use.
