Everything was packaged well, and didn't get broken in transit. The experience on the website was good. The only problem was that the supershock cheek blushes don't look how they do in the pictures. The one I bought, I thought was much lighter in colour than it appeared when it got here.

The palette is beautiful, colors blend well. They show up slightly different on the skin than what they look like in the pan.

Great products!! But it did take some time to receive my shipment.

shipping was longer than I wanted - a whole week and a half estimated date

I love the fact that most of the items sold on Colourpop are vegan and cruelty free as well as affordable and on top of the they always arrive packaged extremely well. The only complaint I have is the price of shipping, it often deters me from buying just one item and I tend look for the same thing on Ulta where I can do free pickup.

I hope you can improve the quality control of the products such as eye shadow

Nice product. Shipping took a while and unfortunately one eyeshadow of the palette was broken but costumer service was great and I've received a coupon for it. So overall I'm happy with my order

Amazing products, everything I ordered arrived, definitely going to make an other order in one year again. I was a bit disappointed when one item arrived shattered and they gave me a 5 Dollar Coupon Code for my next order, which is only valid till May. Of course it would be too much of an effort to send one 5 Dollar eyeshadow to Germany. But since I’m from Germany and it’s really risky to order things from the US and take care of the customs, it would benefit me more if this coupon code at least lastet for a year. This coupon probably won’t be used and I think that’s kind of a waste. All in all I‘m very content with all your products and can’t wait to order more things to try!
