I thought that the product was really small for the price

I love the safiya lipsticks but when I got it in the mail the box was a little crushed and the outside of the lipstick tubes had lipstick all over them.

Shipping sucks What I bought is amazing. (Safiya's Lipsticks) The shipping was said to take about 2-3 to process and another 1-2 days to get to delivered. Turns out, 2-3 days means about a week and a half to get any other confirmation. If it is going to take that long then say around 7-8 days. I thought my order didn't go through and customer service wasn't much help.

Standard shipping takes a bit which fine to be perfectly honest. The issue I had was with the formula. I had bought the SafiyaxColourpop collaboration set. The lipsticks are such gorgeous colours but they're super wet and don't apply very well in one coat. Then it just comes off on EVERYTHING, it is impossible to eat anything without also eating the lipstick. Then some of the tubes had scratches on them which I thought was strange but wasn't too concerned with.

I ordered during a big launch and I live in Finland, so I already have 2 things working against me. The wait for the shipping to start took long and even with the shipping code now I'm not sure where my package is. But I do love how they sent me an email about how "I wasn't forgotten, just that they had a lot of packages to ship."

Good products. You were late on shipping. I got an email saying it was delivered and it wasn't. Then the next day i got a email saying its on it way to me and i eventually got the package that day. I was out of town so i was worried if someone had stolen it when I got the first email saying it had been delivered. I also made another order the same day as i got the late product and there was no issue with that. So what the hell?

I'm use to clean beauty and unfortunaly, the lipsticks I order sting my lips and is not comfortable.

Products are all good but the way they were packed in the box was terrible. There was a ton of bubble wrap so things did not move around. However, whoever placed my items into the box didn’t seem to have any care about how they did it. So when I got my recent order the angled brush was smushed out of shape because it was packed sideways with all the other products on top of it. The concealer box was open and the lid didn’t seem to be closed all the way so I’m really not sure what happened there.
