My package never arrived and nobody will answer my emails. The post office said that the package was returned to sender. My money hasn't been refunded, they haven't offered to send another package, and have totally ignored all my emails. Stay away from this company unless you want to be robbed!

Hello. Any update on my order? I placed it on January 3rd. I was charged and the order still has not shipped. This is really frustrating as the items I ordered were supposed to be a birthday gift for a friend 2 weeks ago. I really would like to know what is going on.

I didn’t receive my full order. I have emailed twice and no response. There is no number to call. Now I’m going to have to file a dispute with my bank

I ordered an eye shadow pallete bundle. When I received package, I only got one pallete. I emailed them, it took a week for someone to get back to me asking me for pics of receipt, package, etc. After another week, I sent an email, and after a few more days of no reply, I sent another email. When I heard back, they basically told me not to send so many emails or their computer would pick it up as spam and automatically delete my emails. She did say the package was on its way. The next day February 3rd, I received an email stating the package was on its way from the warehouse to the postal service. It is now February 16th and the location of the package is exactly the same, on its way to the postal office from the warehouse. Very disappointed with ColourPop, I doubt I will ever order anything again and I will share my experience with friends and family.

I purchased the LoveStruck set and I’m highly disappointed in the state that they came in. Two of the pans were broken and I tried to get them replaced, they replaced one of them but the other one they stated was “broken a little but still usable. Not good business in my opinion! I wanted to gift them my my autistic granddaughter, but part of her disability is that she gets upset if things are not perfect. I have requested several times and been told the same thing, it’s broke a little but usable.....I will not purchase from this company again unless the issue is resolved!

I am giving a one star review because I never received my package. So there was an issue with USPS and my package was never received and it was actually sent back to sender and no one wants to reach out to me to resend my package or to refund me.
