I ordered about two weeks ago and have had minimal support from colourpop regarding time frame for shipment I am understanding that being it a collab situation means that there is a high amount of orders, however clear communication is incredibly important to me. I’m happy to wait, but only when it has been communicated properly.

The colours are beautiful but the lipsticks are looking a bit weird. Some of them have matt spots and one of them has bubbles beneath the top layer.

I ordered the strawberry shortcake blush from the website and when it came in it was the case but the actual blush was missing, there was just a hole where the blush should have been

I love the products, however, there should be an option to cancel or replace products in orders that have not shipped yet.

The products are nice but there is not an option to return the items so if they are broken or dry we are out of money. It has also taken a very long time to get my items and as of yet I am still waiting to get my order. The processing time is also insanely long. 3-5 business day for shipping is understandable but 3-5 processing days and then waiting multiple days once it has processed to arrive is so long.
