I NEED HELP!!!!! I never received my order as the post office lost my package. I have reached out to colourpop through multiple different platforms and heard nothing back! My package cannot be found and I have not been refunded any money. I was so excited for this order and am very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. My order number was 18002685.

What I ordered hasn't even left the US, please, I'd like to know why

HORRENDOUS customer service. 2 out of 3 orders were broken with no replacement. Will never order from here again. No one wanted to actually help with the issues. Very generic emails with refusals to assist.

Never receive my order

Products come in broken. They never have enough products. Awful or no customer service at all. Don't buy from them. They genuinely don't care about their customers.

I have no received my order placed in January the 24! I have sent a message to claim about that oder but Colourpop had never answer to me. I am waiting for again. Thank you Rose Bouthors
