My pallet was broken !!!! N no one have replied to me

Disappointed in products and the return policy sucks, which means if you buy something— you’re stuck with it no matter how cheap and crappy it is. Would not buy again.

Was sent incorrect item. After reaching out to customer care to report the issue, there has been zero follow up.

The issue of the item missing from my order still has not been fixed. Customer service was poor.

I haven't received my order yet after 28 business days!!! I've written to you several times lookong for help with no reply at all!! I would like a refund!!! 😡

I ordered The child pallet and was very disappointing the colors work is pigmented the burgundy appear to be a dark brown and they didn’t last too long this made me definitely not want to order again as beautiful as the pallets look the quality wasn’t there for me I even applied with a primer before hand

I never received my package. I sent an e-mail letting your team know this and the response was to "ask my neighbors." All 200 of them? I live in an apartment complex, this isn't realistic. I'd at least like to hear a real response from your team and at best my money back! Thanks! (:
