Great product material but this is the 3rd time a application device has broken with little use. I take good care not to drop or break things. This time spray head on the setting spray will not spray anything. The bottle is properly shaken and I even ran the head under hot water to see if something is blocking the tube. Last time it was a concealer wand that broke.

Almost every product came in a good shape and well packaged and most of the products is good quality and performs as intended. Just wish the shipping didn't take a month to get to Czechia though I suppose our customs office is most likely to blame as well for its tardiness.

Eye shadow stays on long, but is a little messy to apply. While applying, shadow ‘crumbs’ fall on your cheeks.

The shopping experience is okay. I was just bummed to see the extensive use of cyclopentasiloxane in the products which is banned by the EU where I live. I don’t feel very comfortable using the products now.

Items came fast and intact, though the box I got for the eye shadows was not the one advertised. Very pigmented which I appreciate
