Love some of the item but the rest does not match the description

Cp has long been known as an affordable brand with great quality. Problem is, as other brands stepped up their game, Cp stayed the same. So now, imo, they are semi affordable because those prices are creeping up while quality has stayed the same or went down. $9 for a single shadow thats going to dry out within six months is luxury territory. $15 for a single highlight is not "affordable", thats creepin on high end pricing. The matte shadow quality is average, the "metallic" shadows are actually satins. The palettes are tired, same colors over and over. The super shock line has become increasingly sheer and glitter infused. The blush is either undetectable or in your face and the highlights are glitter bombs. The lip products are good over all but the new liquid lip formula makes my lips burn and the lux gloss is sticky. I much preferred the original matte/satin lips and gloss with the doe foot. In general, their quality has become hit and miss and they discontinue or replace all the good items and colors with creeping prices. I started with Cp when they were just super shocks and am sad to see the dollar chasing company they have become.

The international shipping and import taxes is a lot. I wanted to test color pop for the longest time and I finally pulled the trigger but 30 euros of taxes for an 80 Euro package is a lot, I would have bought the dame thing for even a better quality for the same price in Europe. Maybe if you want to sell internationally it is something you can figureout as Tarte did.

Great product but shipping takes a long time. That would be my ok my downfall for this company.

The products are great but when things get damaged in transit you don't get much help from customer services.

My make up arrived broken up and in pieces.

It’s so difficult to place order for someone abroad. It took more than a month for me to receive the parcel. Also, the box is not it good condition. Some of the products are already dented.

I received a broken eyeshadow palette and it was a real pain to even try to rectify the situation. The person who emailed me back said they couldn’t receive the type of the picture I sent of the broken Palatte. I just gave up and kept the broken Palatte. I really love colourpop makeup and use it daily, I also recommend it to many people. I was really disappointed this time.
