Bought 2 lip liners and 2 lipsticks from their new collection. The color is great, texture is great but the caps are loose on the liners and fall off into my handbag or makeup kit. This is unhygienic and leads me to not use the products.

Applicator for the concealer falls off. This is the second time it’s happened. May be time to switch to a different company. Poorly made!

I was happy at first the color like a match on the website seemed promising but over time of using it the color starts to oxidized and it burns my skin. I was hoping that at least would have used the whole bottle but it honestly just sucked! The color on the website does not match the color that came in the mail at all it was too red for me almost and also cool toned, honestly maybe it wasn’t mixed all the way during the factory’s production I got a bad batch but I am 9 neutral on the website, I just threw it away it was a waste of money

Your products are great and of high quality but your shipment service is bad i've made a purchase since 30th of may and still now i havn't recieved my shipment . And it said it will take up to 21 days for delivery, Im very disoppinted.
