I got the wrong products I didn’t want to deal with the return or exchange so I used as birthday gift is disappointing since I used to buy a lot of the products I guess going back to Sephora.

Was missing part of my order and they ignored 3 different emails and only responded when I sent a 4th one threatening to report to the bbb

F*** colourpop do not order their poke.on or any other collection if you care about getting what you paid for and decent customer service.. Paid 40 bucks for expedited ups shipping and they gave me standard usps which I hate usps they break everything. And they refuse to answer me and fix it in a timely manner. It won't even be out of their warehouse by the date it was supposed to be delivered.

I bought two of the Twilight pallets, one for me and one for my friend. One of them was totally damaged when I opened the box. Looked like it had been crunched at the warehouse or maybe even used and returned. They were in the same protective bag, and other one was in perfect condition and the box it was delivered in was also in perfect condition, so it was NOT damaged during shipping. They sent me a damaged one and charged the same amount. I’d have been fine if they refunded half, that seems fair. Unless they try to make it right I’ll probably never buy again; I was really disappointed. I took pics to prove it but there’s no where to share pics here.

My recent experience with Colourpop was absolutely awful. When I placed my order it said “please allow for 2-4 day for processing”. Once 5 or 6 days had passed I reached out, no response. Emailed again, no response. Once it had been over a week I commented on their social media and I finally got an email back but it was extremely generic and not apologetic. It also didn’t have any information about when my package would ship. My package ended up shipping almost two weeks after I placed the order and then took another week to reach me. It was such a horrible customer experience, and customer service did absolutely zero to rectify the situation. The worst part is, when I finally received the makeup, it’s terrible. The makeup quality is really bad. I have been a Colourpop customer for over 10 years. I have spent so much money at Colourpop and used to love them. This makeup is a joke. The serum blush I got has absolutely no pigment, looks like nothing on my skin, the eyeshadow primer is dried out and barely has any product in the tube. The product that is in the tube is a patchy dry mess that looks awful. The eyeliners are streaky and immediately come off. This was an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience from start to finish. I will never ever shop at Colourpop again.

I ordered something and they canceled my order without any notice and my account still shows pending order. It will not go away. It’s been over a month.

Never received my package. I asked to be refunded but no news

I didn’t even get my item saying there was a problem with my address which they had pinpointed correctly on their map so I don’t k ow what the problem was. Atleast I got a full refund but still now that item is out of stock in stores and I’m not ordering it online again
