I never got my order and I am still charged for my order. I paid for something I never got, and no one at Colourpop is helpfully responding to my emails, or responding at all. I will not recommend Colourpop to people I know, and would rather tell them to stay away because they will just lose their money.

Their customer service is terrible. They sell makeup that they don't even have in stock. Then don't offer a resolution. Took 2 weeks to get an answer.

I received a broken highlighter in the mail and have tried to contact you guys about it still no response a week and a half later..

Horrible customer servirse. I ordered 5 palettes and i only recived 4. I wrote to them and they never answered me.

I never received the order. I emailed the company four times (since that is the only way to contact them) and they never got back to me. I will not be ordering again.

I placed my order over 2 months ago and still haven't received it. I submitted an email to the customer support and haven't heard back from them. I'm sure the products are good, but this was my first order with them and it hasn't been a good experience at all

Très bons produits. Il me manquait un article de 7.5 $ et colourpop me demande de prouver (et en photos) que je n'ai pas reçu le produit ! Donc, étant donné que, comme tout le monde le sait, sauf colourpop, il est impossible de photographier un fantôme. Donc, j'ai laissé tomber et ne commanderai certainement plus jamais chez eux. Par ailleurs, livraison 9 semaines après commande... Très mauvais service donc. Soyez en conscient avant de commander.

I ordered my products over a 1 1/2 months ago they got returned to Colorpop for unknown delivery issues. I contacted Colorpop multiple times before receiving any kind of response then was told they would try to resend my package but have yet to receive or get a response back with tracking number.. Very disappointed with Colorpops customer service 😞
