Products very good , but the only problem is a allot products sold out

My package hasn’t shipped or nothing and it’s been well over a week

I will never order from this company EVER again. I ordered the lippie stix stash cup which should include 19 different lip sticks. When i received my order it was an empty cup. I sent multiple emails about my order and no one has contacted to correct my order but they are still taking money out of my account. I don’t like the fact that there is no number to call to speak to someone. You can only send messages.

I was missing something in my order and put in a ticket for help and no one got back to me. It’s been about 4-5 business days.

Order never even made it me - went back and forth with DHL for 2 weeks, they said it had to be “cancelled” since for some reason the product never made it them? Also, took a lot to get an initial response from ColourPop and now they don’t seem to be reapplying to my messages (I see some on here have similar experiences - if anyone had any advice, please share)

I made a purchase on February 18th and was not given the option to choose a faster shipping method because I got "free shipping". My expected delivery date is the 1st. I wrote them countless times and still NO RESPONSE. If you go on their Instagram page and ask any questions via comments, they'll delete them. One lady had to contact the BBB and then they finally answered her.

I've made an order in 10th december and still haven't arrived yet! When i check the tracking services, it says it's on the way to Brazil since 18th december. How long will it be?
