All the products are perfect and just the logistics speed is really slow, so I hope colourpop could improve about that. Thank you.

I think Colourpop’s productions are reasonably priced and cost-effective. However , I personally feel that Colourpop still needs to strengthen the express packaging. Personally I think the current packaging is still a bit unsafe. Because two pieces of eyeshadows were broken in the Sweet Talk I bought.

Some prize is a little too high.

Good quality but kind of pricey for me, and it seems right after I order, stuff goes on sale so I find that quite upsetting. But as for the product, I am not disappointed

Makeup is great and the price is even better for what you're getting only thing is sometimes the shades look different in person then online guess that's the challenge of online shopping

I loved everything but I wish they had pictures of swatches on diff shades of skin of the super shocks so I could know what true color I’m getting

Their products never cease to impress me, affordable and of great quality. However, it would be great to improve their customer service as I had received a damaged eyeshadow before but they could not send me a new piece. The customer service only wanted to issue a discount coupon. Luckily, after a few email exchange, there were willing to refund the full amount. Overall, it is a great cosmetic brand to shop and I will continue to support the brand
